These terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store: Apple Standard EULA.

Subscription

talkradio Plus is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's in-app purchase system.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is available, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Features

talkradio Plus unlocks premium app features such as unlimited podcast subscriptions, OPML import/export, larger auto-download limits, and Apple Music buffer/download mode.

Podcast Content

Podcast feeds, artwork, metadata, and audio are provided by third-party podcast publishers. talkradio is not responsible for third-party feed availability or content.
